The Sign Shed is a Cape Town based company, capable of catering for all your digital printing needs. We Manufacture high quality Banners, Car Magnets, Flags, T-Shirts, Stickers, Labels, signs, and many other lines. Using advanced digital printing equipment, we are able  to create media solutions to meet your every need.  We also utilise our industrial sewing facilities to create products ranging from boat covers to flags. Using our PVC welding equipment, we are able to create large banners with minimal joins.

 

Banners

 

 

Our standard PVC banners are available in various sizes, the most common being 2m x 1m. The banners have eyelets and ropes as part of the banner. Ideal for quickly and easily tying to a fence or between posts. Perfect for sporting events.

We use high quality Eco Solvent Inks, necessary in the South African Sun. Banners placed outdoors or behind glass are subject to fading when cheaper inks are used. For high exposure areas we will also apply a UV resistant coating, giving a much longer life.

 

Car Magnets

Magnetic signs are a perfect solution to using your car as a moving billboard. Easy to apply and remove, car magnets allow you to turn your work vehicle into a family car, and vice-versa. Printed onto high quality vinyl, the graphic is applied by hand to magnetic media. Your company logo is also easily transferable between vehicles. Our magnets are also custom made into many different sizes. Ideal for Cars, Trucks, Trailers, or anything metallic!

 

Flags

We manufacture a flags according to your needs. We use high quality digital printing media to produce flags of various sizes. Digital printing allows us to produce specialist flags or any other form of display media at a much lower cost than conventional screen printing. We are also able to print multiple colours at one price. Our flags are professionally sewn, with a tie rope. Ideal for corporate advertising at special events, or at your premises.

 

Vinyl Window Frosting

Ideal for Shop and Office Windows

Vinyl Window Film can be used to give the impression of etched glass at a fraction of the cost. This is ideal for business and shop branding. The vinyl film allows light through, while obscuring the other side. The vinyl can also be removed, and replaced when business branding or advertising changes.

 

Pull-Up Banners

Pull-Up banners are portable, retractable display stands. The banner retracts into the banner stand, making the unit portable, and easy to use. The unit also comes with a portable carry bag. Ideal for professional displays at trade shows, retail stores, presentations, conferences, shopping centres, or anywhere you need to get your message across.

Aluminium / Perspex Cut-Out Signs

Individual Lettering and logos can be precisely cut-out of Aluminium or Perspex. These can then be applied using pins to a building or wall, giving a 3-D effect.
